We love our amazing, loyal Blume customers and want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied we will do everything we can to make it better!
- If an item arrives with a defect we are happy to offer a refund, as long as the return is initiated within 3 days of arrival. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo attached of the damaged area.
- All other returns will be issued as store credit only. A return must be initiated via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item.
- All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with no sign of pet hair or stains.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- All accessories, hats, totes, bralettes, camis, leggings, SALE items and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Exchanges will incur a $5.95 restocking fee.
